Should you be brave and step out of your comfort zone to reach for your dreams or should you just stay in your comfort zone and maintain where you are comfortable, staring at your dreams from afar?
Which should you do? Or to be exact, which should I choose?
Well, just a few moments ago, part of me got bewitched by the devil making me think that it was actually possible for me to join the magazine circle. It wasn't till after I finished sending a job application for Catalog (this new spanking magazine that is very much like Juice but with better fashion spreads) and was about to gear up to send another application to SPH magazine was then my courage failed me. *Sighs* Talked about waking up to reality. HA! That was the point when I started thinking about if I am willing or daring enough to step out of my comfort zone. I've been in science for the past three years of my life despite parts of me dying to get into the media limelight. After being denied the possibility of my dreams for so long, it kind of seem scary to even try to reach for a dream that was long termed as "impossible!". So what exactly should I do? Well, whatever it may seemed to be. For now, I can only quote from a famous song from Moulein Rouge ...."Come what may".
So enough about my muddled sorry plight, yesterday I just went to catch Fast and Furious 4. A good show. Like seriously. I've caught all the sequel so it only made sense that I catch the latest too right? Like the rest of the series, it's a fast moving movie packed with hot babes, rockin' bad ass songs, fast cars, quick cash and hot cool guys. Love the cars especially! Babes aren't big in this episode but the girl on the right in poster below is so HOT! Like seriously! (I'm not a lesbian by the way!).
Here's a preview if you need any more convincing...
Anyway, because of this show, I ran in the rain from Takashimaya to Cineleisure Orchard after my eye checkup just to reach the cinema on time. AND because of that friggin' HORRID rain (it was like raining cats and dogs, something that looked like what the end of the world kind of rain would looked like?), my brand new H&M white top was STAINED BLUE by my cardigan (that's so not a fashion statement!) I was practically squeezing water out from my top, cardigan, patent leggings and heels. It was horrendous! Like a total nightmare! To think I ran with a brolly with Lucas and still got 3/4 of ourselves dripping wet like a chicken in a chicken soup. Thank god the cinema wasn't cold or I'll have yesterday termed as the worse nightmare of the week.
I've gota go. Hopefully TaTa can do miracles to my precious top or I'll just go balistic. Thank god! At least my eyes were dry as a fig! Gona go check out the new bar at esplanade soon! I'll update later. Cya!
PS: One more thing I've forgotten to mention. Do check out the Fish & Co at Hereens. They have smashing imported cakes! It's absolutely yummy! (terrible pictures from my mobile again. Sorry!)
